Steel Blue 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4x4 for Sale

Very nice 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4x4 for sale. This well-maintained and serviced Wrangler was purchased new in Northern California and then sold to the brother of its current owner just three years later who used it to commute for several years and kept it inside when not in use. It comes with many nice upgrades, books, manuals, a clear, California title, and a clean Carfax report.

The 4.0L engine starts, idles, and runs quietly and strongly with plenty of power. It has a chip upgrade adding 25hp. The 5-speed manual transmission has a new clutch and shifts up and down through the gears with ease. It recently had a complete tune-up and runs beautifully. Many recent upgrades include a new radiator and, a complete rebuild of the 3-inch Rubakon lift kit including new shocks, sway bars, and bushings. Braking and handling are excellent.

The original Steel Blue paint looks nice and the body is straight and rust-free. The hood has been repainted and in 2011 it had a minor accident that resulted in the right rear fender flair being replaced. With its age, expect some normal wear and imperfections. Recent exterior upgrades include a beautiful new set of black steel wheels wrapped in a fresh set of Mickey Thompson Baja Boss LT 285/75 R16s.

The original spare is still mounted at the rear. It has a new windshield, snorkel air system, new fender flairs, custom bumpers front and rear with a 9500 lb winch. Also noteworthy, the top has never been off and it does not leak. It is one good-looking Jeep.

The inside is clean and tidy with no bad odors. It has a new hatch carpet kit, new door straps and visors, an aftermarket upgraded stereo, cold air conditioning, tilt steering, and tinted windows making it very comfortable for even long drives.
