1993 Land Rover Range Rover County Sport for Sale. This is believed to be one of 200 "County Sport" Editions built. This special 100" wb Range Rover left the factory in this original Beluga Black paint and has a tan interior and the original sparkle silver finish TWR5 spoke wheels with electric air suspension. It includes books, manuals, a Heritage Certificate, a plethora of records showing much recent work, and a clean Carfax report.

This is a beautiful running example with much work done to ensure its reliability. The 3947 CC high compression V8 starts easily in idles quietly with no overheating issues or leaks and the ZF 4-speed automatic transmission shifts perfectly. Recently a three-angle valve job, block surface, new head gasket replacement and top-end reseal were completed. Compression is excellent, between 145-150 psi across all cylinders.

More mechanical updates include fresh brake pads and rotors, servicing the transmission and transfer case differential, cooling system, and fuel pump along with installing a new water pump, heater core, and blower motor. The recent 30k mile interval service included an oil filter change, sump reseal, new air and Fuel filters, belts, STI plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor.

Handling is tight with new steering drag links and a Bilstein coil over suspension conversion and the EAS tanks, compressor, and valve body lines, switches, and controls remain in place. Also noteworthy, the prior owner replaced the exhaust with the correct California-compliant catalytic converters and muffler in March 2019. Much work has been completed to make this classic Range Rover ready to enjoy.

The exterior still wears its original Beluga black finish and has a nice shine all around though the clearcoat has thinned on the bonnet and roof areas. The trim, glass, and lenses show well and include a front brush guard, side running boards, rear lens guards, and a removable 2-bar roof rack. The undercarriage is in very nice condition with no rust or rot and doesn't appear to have been used for offroad driving.

The interior is comfortable and tidy with working power locks, seats, windows, electric sunroof, multifunction controls, headlights, wipers, horn, rear defrost and windshield wipers, etc. Currently, the heated seats and cruise control are inoperable. It has a modern single din stereo with Bluetooth.

Both the heater and recently serviced air conditioning also work well. The sunroof assembly has been cleaned and lubricated, rear side trim panels recovered and the front seats have been reupholstered along with a new headliner making this a very comfortable unit overall.
