What a Fun Classic 1979 Fiat 124 Spider for Sale

Nice & tidy little 1979 Fiat 124 Spider 2000 for sale with just 74,500 original miles. It was purchased by its current owner when it was just a year old, always garaged and used sparingly over the years as a fair-weather fun car.

It has been regularly maintained over the last 15 years by one of the Bay Area's most respected Italian sports car specialists, Alfaman. It is finished in Avorio with its original Marrone interior and top. Includes the original owner's manual and warranty booklet.

This special little Fiat starts runs and drives fantastically. Its original naturally aspirated 121.8ci motor fires up instantly, running clean and strong, and the manual 5-speed gearbox shifts through the gears with ease. Braking and suspension feel great, making a wonderful overall driving car.

The exterior is tidy and clean. This Pinin Farina body had one respray years ago in its original color of Avorio that presents nicely with plenty of shine. The chrome, trim, rubber, and glass show well. The wheels are original with a new set of trim rings, and the tires have at least 80-90% tread and show even wear. Its original top goes up and down easily and has been nicely preserved. The floors and lower body are excellent and rust-free throughout.

Inside is quite comfortable. The dash has no cracks, and the wood finish is in excellent condition. It has clear working gauges and switches, and all items are in good working order. The Marrone interior shows well with nice seating, kick-panels, and door cards. The trunk is tidy as well with its original rug, spare tire, jack, and tools.

This is a great opportunity to own a low-mileage California car that has been so well preserved and cared for by the same owner for over 40 years now.
