We have a 1977 AMC Gremlin X for sale, possibly the nicest on the planet! Sold new to Robert Hoffman of Lancaster, Pennsylvania by Nolt AMC on November 10, 1976, as per the included original finance contract.
This amazing survivor remained with it's first owner until sold to Owner #2 in 2004, a South Carolina dealer/collector in 2011.
The already extreme, low mile and clean Gremlin was treated to a refresh which included a re-paint in the factory Tawny Orange along with the correct Gold Gremlin X stripes. Original Rust colored vinyl bucket seat interior in excellent condition.
Carpet recently replaced due to discoloration. Nice original chrome and stainless. Some light pitting on the bumpers and some of the pot metal chrome yet very presentable for a survivor car.
The car is equipped with the factory original 258 cubic inch six cylinder engine. Rebuilt factory automatic transmission. Starts; runs and drives well with excellent braking and tight suspension. These collector cars get great gas mileage, rated 18mpg city and 23mpg highway. The carburetor was just rebuilt and the car runs smooth as ever.
Garage kept, pampered and serviced, this car could not be nicer. Comes with original sales contract, owner's manual, visor brouchure, warranty window sticker and brochure, original EPA window sticker and consumer information brochure. This car has been refreshed, detailed and ready to drive or show.
