Beautifully restored and heavily upgraded 1976 Jaguar XJ12c Coupe for sale in Sonoma California. Car purchased new in California. Meticulously restored by Jaguar specialist, David Ferguson of Images Auto Body in Campbell, California in 2006, 23k miles ago.

Refinished in beautiful British Racing Green throughout. The engine, glass, trim and interior were removed for paint. The body is smooth as glass and the paintwork top-notch on an already clean, straight body.

Some nice touches were added such as converting the bumpers to European specifications and lowering the front end 2-inches giving it a great stance and tighter handling.

The interior was restored with new headliner, carpeting and rear leather shelf. The wood was replaced and finished to the highest level and has a brilliant, smooth, glassy finish. The front seats were just treated to new leather. All new rubber was installed at the time of reassembly so the car seals up nice and tight keeping the weather out.

Mechanical restoration was handled by the well renowned Delongs Automotive, known for their comprehensive knowledge of classic British cars. The factory V12 engine was completely rebuilt. A Tremec 5-speed manual transmission was installed using a Kiesler Engineering conversion kit with a custom pedal box, cross member and 2 piece drive-shaft.

The shifting is nothing short of amazing and transforms the driving experience of this amazing V12 coupe, making it anything but timid. The car starts; runs and drives wonderfully, fully functioning and ready to go.

This lovely XJ12c has traveled only 23k miles since her over-the-top $80,000 restoration and is looking for that special new owner that will continue to love and enjoy as her current owner has for all these years. Comes with over $80,000 in receipts and documentation.
