Nice and reliable 1969 Volkswagen Westfalia Camper Bus for sale. This Type 2 was restored over the last couple of years and is ready for a road trip!

According to seller, has a recently rebuilt engine that is believed to be bored to a 1776 and runs strong with no smoke, easy starts and plenty of power. Transmission was rebuilt by Ron's Transaxel less than 100 miles ago so shifting is nice and precise.

The suspension and braking are excellent and the steering box was rebuilt less than 500 miles ago. Bus is very reliable, easy and fun to drive and should provide for a lot of trouble-free travel.

The interior is in excellent shape with recent new seat covers, insulation, front rubber flooring and custom, kitschy curtains. It has a new tent and cot. The wood looks good and the sink, icebox and both fold out tables are present.

The exterior was repainted not too long ago and as a driver-quality restoration presents well. The trim and glass all look good as well. The rear floors are solid and appear to all be original. The front floors were repaired but not done well. This in no way impairs the vehicle, it is usable as-is but with bus values climbing it may make sense at some point to properly repair this area to factory specifications.

New front floors are included for if/when that time comes.

All in all, this is a good looking Westy in excellent mechanical shape. It looks great and is ready for fun summer camping! Clear California title and ready to roll.
