1969 Chevrolet Impala SS 427 for sale in Sonoma California. This legendary Super Sport was treated to a high quality frame-off restoration beginning in 2013 and completed in 2014. Comes with a clear, California title and much documentation including photos of the restoration process.

The numbers matching 427 390hp engine starts; runs and drives beautifully with a ton of power, is quiet and runs smooth and clean. The close ratio M21 transmission is also matching numbered and shifts perfectly.

While the original 3:31 rear-end is included with the car, it currently has a 3:73 posi-traction rear-end installed. The original factory Rally wheels are included, the car currently sits on a set of Corvette Rally wheels. Power steering has been added.

The exterior is nothing short of amazing with no expense spared in paint and body. The repaint of the original #52 Red finish is as smooth as glass with a deep, brilliant reflection. The chrome, rubber and trim have all either refreshed or replaced.

The panel fitments are excellent, as good as if not better than factory. The overall appearance of the car is stunning. The underside is immaculate, as clean as the top of the car.

The interior was treated to new rugs and upholstery. The door panels, dash and center console are original. The car is well insulated and extremely comfortable for long drives.
