1967 Porsche 912 Coupe for Sale w/ Porsche CoA

Offered for sale is this well-sorted 1967 Porsche 912 Coupe. Delivered new in West Germany and finished in Polo Red over a black leather interior, this 912 is equipped with a 4-speed manual transmission, Fuchs alloy wheels, and a performance-oriented suspension setup. The car includes its Porsche Certificate of Authenticity and comes with a clear California title.

The 1.6-liter air-cooled flat-four (Type 616/36) starts, runs and idles smoothly with strong, rev-happy power. Recently rebuilt to stock specifications at a cost of approximately $17,000, the engine has fewer than 100 miles since completion. The 4-speed manual transmission shifts effortlessly through the gears and is original to the car, as confirmed by the COA.

The braking system and performance-oriented suspension setup—featuring Bilstein shocks and upgraded sway bars—are tight and responsive, making this 912 a very engaging and connected car to drive.

The Polo Red paint has a deep shine and shows well, the result of an older repaint that still presents nicely today. The glass, trim and emblems are all present and show well overall. The car sits on Fuchs alloy wheels wrapped in brand new Yokohama tires, giving it a purposeful stance that complements its slightly lowered ride height. Overall, the car has a clean, classic look with just the right amount of edge.

The black leather interior is comfortable and welcoming and in very nice condition throughout. The seats show light wear consistent with use but remain supportive, while the rear seating area is well preserved. The dash features its original VDO gauge cluster, supplemented by additional oil pressure and temperature gauges for added functionality. RS-style door pull straps add a subtle performance touch, and the headliner and carpets present well. Rear seat belts are installed and properly mounted.

This is a unique opportunity to own a well-presented and properly sorted 1967 Porsche 912 with a freshly rebuilt engine, matching transmission, and a desirable combination of originality and performance upgrades. With its strong mechanicals, clean presentation, and engaging driving dynamics, this 912 is ready to be driven and enjoyed immediately.
