Cool 1960 Chevrolet Biscayne for sale in Sonoma, California. This driver-quality cruiser is nicely set up with a strong 283ci V8 and TH350 automatic transmission, finished in white with a blue cloth interior, and includes a trunk full of new and used spare parts. The car is showing 138,400 miles. The previous owner claims these to be actual though we cannot document them.

The 283 cubic inch V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. According to the previous owner, the engine and transmission were rebuilt 5,000 miles ago. At that time they replaced many ancillary parts including the torque converter, motor & trans mounts, u-joint, carrier bearing, radiator, fan shroud, fuel pump, hoses, fan, finned valve covers & air cleaner, intake manifold along with a new Edelbrock 500cfm carburetor.

They also installed a new exhaust and redid the brakes. In addition, it has a newly rebuilt generator and electronic ignition. Please note that the whitewall tires are aged and should be replaced prior to any serious driving. Otherwise, it doesn't appear to need much else.

Much of the interior has been mostly replaced with stock fabric and original style loop carpet. The headliner is in excellent shape and all of the door panels are in nice shape as well. The front, lower kick panels are included though not currently installed.

It has a Retro-Sound in-dash radio and Auto Meter gauges under the dash for voltage, oil pressure, and water temperature. All in all, it looks great and is very comfortable.

Overall the body is straight. The paint job is average though it has a good shine to it. The glass looks good as does much of the trim. Many replacement trim pieces (new and used) are included with the car along with a lot of new rubber. This was originally a midwest car so there is some rust as the photos will clearly show.

I have taken photos of every inch of the car above and below, be sure to see the additional set of photos in the linked slidehow below. I'm also happy to send you a link to my Dropbox where you can find all 260+ photos in original, super high resolution.

Finally, in the trunk, you'll find a plethora of great replacement parts to help dial it in even more. There is window rubber, the original OEM radio, extra headlight trim, seat fabric, windshield, and rear window rubber, stainless trim, new fuel sender, seat belt webbing, chrome trim parts, bushings, and much, much more.

Ships from Sonoma, California. Clear, California title in-hand.

Thank you for visiting!
