Low Mile 1959 Bentley S1 Sports Saloon for Sale

1959 Bentley S1 Sports Saloon for sale showing 60,039 miles. Purchased new at Wadhams Limited in Sussex England by NJR Simons Esquire living in Seaside Holiday Estates, Selsey. Originally finished in Shell Gray with Black Pearl Valspar and a gray Connolly leather interior. Imported to the United States in 1973 when 14 years old with a documented 44,258 miles and brought to California where it has remained since. It has been in the same family now for 34 years.

The sale includes its California historic vehicle plates and the classic California blue and gold plates from when the car was imported along with original historical documents, receipts and import documents, owner's manual, and a clear California title.

The exterior shows well and was repainted many years ago. the body is straight and the paint has a nice shine to it. the bright work shows well along with the glass, lenses, and trim.

The Connelly leather seating is in original condition and the front seat bottom is ready to be refreshed along with the rugs. The headliner and wood are in good presentable condition making it very nice to drive.

The original 4,887 cubic inch 6-cylinder motor starts and runs smoothly. Braking, suspension, and steering function nicely and the car overall appears in good mechanical condition.
