Stock, original 1951 GMC 100 half-ton 5-window pickup truck for sale. This California truck is an excellent example and incredibly well-preserved. It was purchased locally after having been stored around 25 years and gone through to ensure its reliability. It even wears its mandated early 1960's black and gold plates.

The inline six-cylinder inline motor starts, runs, and drives beautifully and shifts through all four gears easily. The shifting, steering, and suspension all feel nice, and the truck cruises effortlessly down the road. Though we don't know how long ago or how many miles since, the engine was rebuilt by a previous owner and runs smooth, strong, and clean. It starts effortlessly and stayed cool during my few drives.

The exterior was refinished prior to its long hibernation and has held up well. The current owner refinished the wood in the rear and bed.

Inside, the stock interior is nicely fitted and comfortable. Everything in the truck functions beautifully, including the heat though the radio currently is inoperable.

This is the ideal truck for someone looking for a well-preserved classic Chevrolet or GMC pickup. It includes a clear California title.

Thank you for visiting!
