The body and paint present beautifully with excellent glass, trim, badging with nice fitment all around. The yellow steel wheels with trim rings and hubcaps are wrapped in proper whitewall tires. The chrome sparkles around the car drawing attention to the beautiful paint.
The interior features high-quality full leather hides, beautifully fitted along with custom rugs. The fully-functional gauges have all been restored along with the wood dash. At the time of filming the fuel level was not reading so a new sender may be in order. Under the dash is immaculate with new wiring throughout, working/restored heater system, horn, wiper, etc.
This lovely roadster starts; runs and drives with ease and comfort including brakes, shifting, suspension and handling. The mechanicals have been rebuilt and refurbished to provide years of reliability and enjoyment. The engine was smartly upgraded to a 1955 Triumph TR3a motor providing 100 horsepower, a significant improvement over the original 65 or so from the factory. The rear end was re-geared to facilitate this more powerful engine at a 3:8 ratio which allows for very relaxed highway cruising. So along with looking fantastic it also drives wonderfully.
