Cool 1948 Chevy 3100 1/2 Ton 3-Window 116" wheelbase pickup for sale. Built-in Oakland, California, this solid old west coast truck is in good overall shape. It is equipped with a 1970's era inline 6-cylinder engine and its stock 4-speed manual floor shifter. It has all working gauges and a heater.

The inline 6-cylinder engine starts runs and idles smoothly with plenty of power; it is quiet and burns clean. The original four-on-the-floor transmission shifts nicely up and down through all of the gears. The newer, more modern drum brakes work well, and the suspension is tight. It cruises down the highway driving straight and solid and a little extra power from the newer version of the inline 6. Overall it is a nice feeling truck.

Inside is mostly stock with custom seat & door panel upholstery and a stock rubber floor mat. It has a vintage aftermarket blinker setup, working gauges, and upgraded electric wipers. It has an aftermarket stereo and both visors. The bed plywood wears indoor/outdoor carpeting. Overall, this is a comfortable truck that's nice to be in.

The exterior is finished in classic pale yellow with brown accents. The body is straight and nice with a smooth, shiny finish. It has standard style steel wheels with classic chrome Chevrolet hubcaps and wrapped in a newer set of P265/75R16's with plenty of treads. It has new glass, low profile side-view mirrors, a color-keyed grille, and running boards. Both era-correct California license plates are on the truck and included.

This is a fun old classic Chevrolet truck priced right and ready to enjoy and comes with a clear California title.
