Beautiful 1941 Cadillac Fleetwood 60-Special for sale. Designed by Harley Earl, this special Cadillac was restored to the highest standards and is a First Place CCCA Winner.
The body and paint are stunning; chrome, trim, rubber and glass all show beautifully. Even as a senior car restored in the 1990s, it looks as if it were recently completed. There are no signs of filler, no rust, and the paint appears to be high-quality lacquer with a smooth surface all-around.
The interior was completely redone by Suzy Hartman and Hal & Dale Soloman and looks factory fresh. The fit and finish are exceptional. The dash, gauges, chrome trim, lenses, faux wood finish, and all interior components are immaculate. The radio has been fully restored and set up with an external FM converter.
The 346ci L-Head 8 cylinder motor starts on the first push and runs like a clock. The 3-speed synchromesh manual transmission shifting is seamless and the suspension and braking are excellent. The car is quiet and smooth and extremely easy and enjoyable to drive.
The 1941 Cadillac Fleetwood is rated as a full classic by the Classic Car Club of America making it a viable investment for any collector. This particular car is a stunning example and an outstanding value. Includes documentation, restoration photos, books, manuals and a cache of spare parts.
