Take a Look at This Amazing 1930 Ford Model A Roadster Pickup for Sale

Absolutely stunning, show-quality 1930 Ford Model A Roadster Pickup for sale at Left Coast Classics. After years of being owned by a professional mechanic, this sentimental icon has become available.

This is by far the most heavily accessorized antique vehicle I have ever seen including cowl lamps, dual Mobilite "Thru the Port" spotlights, etched wind deflectors, cowl, brake lamp & headlamp chrome eyelid covers with "Red Stones", Sparton horn, dual fender-mounted spare tires with chrome covers and side-view mirrors, front fender-mounted corner markers, 1930 Road lights, convertible top boot cover, chrome bumpers, and exhaust tip.

Rear reflectorized mud-flaps, fog lamp, running-board mounted toolbox and 1930 Oil, Water & Gas cans and rack, door-top covers, chrome spare tire/wheel cover, WigWag brake lamp, stop light finder, exhaust horn, Wolf whistle and more.

The interior is fit for a king with about every conceivable accessory known including electric wipers, single-hand steering grip, steering wheel pocket watch holder, Signal-Stat blinkers, column-mounted Stewart-Warner radio with floor-mount speaker, fan, cigarette lighter and ashtray, purse hook, rearview mirror with built-in Mansfield Wiz clock, column-mount removable flashlight, windscreen mounted Moonbeam, Fulton chrome dash instrument panel, manifold heater, hand brake release, gauge light & knife holder.

Aside from likely being the most highly accessorized ride out there, this lovely Model A is quite the performer, too! Engine #A3498118 was built by highly regarded and well-known vintage engine builder Stan Vermeil and has less than 30 miles since completion. It features a counterbalanced crankshaft, balanced connecting rods and pistons, a full-flow oil system with connecting rod and main bearing inserts, Ed Winfield cam with 262-degree duration, .320 lift, .014 intake, and exhaust clearance and polished stainless steel intake and exhaust valves.

The brakes have been upgraded to hydraulic for much improved stopping power. To make driving even easier it has been set up with a Mitchell Model 1000 Overdrive giving it two speeds in each forward gear and two speeds in reverse that can be shifted to overdrive on the fly in any gear. It rides on a pretty set of 4.75/5.00-19" Firestone Gum-Dipped white walls mounted to steel spoke wheels with chrome lug nuts and Ford-branded center caps.

In addition, this model A has been rewired for 12 volts, has a Mallory electronic ignition, a 12-volt alternator with a-12 pulley for faster starts, a 12-volt Optima battery. It even has a battery disconnect for long bouts of storage.

This is a unique opportunity to own the "cream of the crop" of Model A Roadster pickup trucks!

Thank you for visiting!
