1921 Hupmobile Touring Car Model R

Restored Brass Car, Runs Great!

This Classic Hupp has Sold
1921 Hupmobile Touring for Sale

Rare and unique 1921 Hupmobile Touring Car Model R for sale. A step up from the Model T of that era for sure and much easier to drive with its standard gas/brake/clutch/shifter layout.

We purchased this pretty 96-year-old lady from a local collector who traded it for another car. It was restored approximately 20 years ago and still looks great with what we were told very few miles since. Finished in classic maroon over black, this Hupmobile starts easily and gets down the road without a problem. It's fun to drive and certainly gets the attention it deserves.

The paint and body look nice with a bit of patina to be expected given the age of the restoration. The brass, lenses, and trim all present well. The interior is tidy and neat with no tears or issues. The top looks nice and the seating is comfortable and period-correct. The car is correctly titled as a 1921 Hupmo with the factory car number R58017 (as seen on the brass ring atop the steering column).

This would be a fun collectible to have in any collection. Take a look and give me a call if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for visiting!

VIN# R58017
