This beautiful Fleetwood was owned by one couple since brand new until it was purchased by its 2nd owner 2-3 years ago. This Newport Beach car was also kept at their second home in Arizona. When they decided to keep the car in Arizona for a few years, they were required to register it there.

They removed the black plates yet kept them in the trunk of the car. When they brought the car back to Newport Beach a few years later, they were issued new California plates. That is why we have the black plates yet they are no longer assigned to the car. A California buyer could have them reassigned.

The car has barely over 100K miles. It has been extremely well cared for. It has one older repaint of the original color and while it isn't a show car, it certainly has a deep shine and looks great.

There is no rust anywhere on this car whatsoever. There are no signs of body work either. The interior was just treated to brand new real leather seating and new black carpet. The interior is beautiful. The dash is immaculate. The car smells great with the deep aroma of leather. The headliner is immaculate.

Everything is in working order with exception of the following: Wipers do not turn on when switched on. The radio turns on and gets reception yet has a stripped gear in the tuning knob and could use a rebuild. The power windows all work except the rear wind wings.

They do not work on any switch so it appears that it may just be that circuit. Perhaps the wipers are in the same circuit? (We have not looked into this). The clock works intermittently.

The car starts runs and drives beautifully. It shifts through all of the gears with ease. The oil pan gasket and valve cover gaskets were just replaced so the motor is sealed up nice and tight with no oil leaks. The brakes are responsive and the suspension is smooth. Plenty of tread on the tires and no dry-rot.

Car is very drivable and super comfortable. Its history of living in Southern California and Arizona explain the extremely dry and rust free body.
